We are contracted with many major and small insurance carriers, and do advise our patients to get to know their physical therapy benefits, as plans and coverage vary even within the same insurance company. We are contracted with groups like PTPN, Interplan and MultiPlan/PHCS, which include several insurance carriers that are not specifically listed, so please ask us to check your benefits.

Even if we're not a contracted provider for your insurance carrier, we can let you know what your out-of-network benefits provide you. Give us a call at 916-772-2909 if you would like help figuring out your plan's benefits or to discuss payment options. For patients without insurance coverage, we offer a private-pay, or "cash pay" rate.
