Therapist, Physical Therapy Aide
Heather is a graduate of UC Davis
with a degree in Anthropology. She
has been a massage therapist since
2001 and has worked in health care
for the last 4 years. Heather intends
to further her passion for helping
others by exploring the health care
field before deciding on the perfect
graduate program. She has a deep love
for learning and a strong interest
in education, natural foods and organic
farming. In her free time, Heather
enjoys reading, yoga, raising chickens,
gardening and walking along the American

Matt - Physical
Therapy Aide
Matt has completed his Associates degree
in Liberal Studies at Sierra College,
and is now on his way to earning his
Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology
at Sacramento State. With his degree
under his belt, Matt plans on applying
to schools for Physical Therapy to become
a therapist too. He decided he wanted
to work in healthcare after being a
patient at Rebound Rehab! In his spare
time, Matt enjoys listening to music,
playing video games, snowboarding, playing
hockey and hanging out with friends. |

Kathy - Physical
Therapy Aide
Kathy currently attends Sacramento State
and is majoring in kinesiology with
a concentration in athletic training.
After she receives her Bachelors degree,
she plans to take the BOC exam to become
Certified Athletic Trainer in the state
of Califonia and then pursue
a Masters degree. At Cuesta Junior college in
San Luis Obsipo she played
on the womens basketball team, but because
of a knee injury she had to end her basketball
career. Through the process of getting
injured, having knee surgery and physical
therapy her interest was sparked to persue
educational goals in the athletic arena.
In her spare time, Kathy
enjoys hanging out with friends,
working out, and spending time with
family. |

Brittney - Physical
Therapy Aide
Brittney works with the therapists and
most importantly the patients, as an
aide. As a long time patient and former
gymnastics coach, Brittney easily fell
into the aide position. She has earned
two Associates degrees from Sierra College,
and looks forward to continuing her
education to earn a Physical Therapy
Assistant Certificate as well as a Bachelors
degree. She loves working with people
and the opportunity to build relationships
with everyone who walks into the doors
of Rebound Rehab - especially since
she knows what it is like to be a patient.
It can be nerve racking, emotional,
and challenging, but the end result
is worth it every time! |
